My Journey and My Experience
With over 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry, I have built a highly successful career by creating top-performing recruiting and sourcing teams, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. My deep understanding of business drivers and the specific skills and competencies required for success within companies has been a key factor in my achievements.
In 2011, after 15 years in corporate recruiting, I created AMJ Talent Solutions. Since then, I have focused on manufacturing clients, recruiting for roles in operations, sales, engineering, supply chain, human resources, and accounting/finance.
Early in my career, I worked as a trainer with AIRS, and I developed a passion for sourcing passive talent and matching the ideal candidate with the perfect company. My area of expertise is in the manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on finance and accounting talent at all levels, from entry-level analysts to senior levels. With my skills and knowledge, I am confident in my ability to help companies find the best talent to drive their success.
